Contact form. If you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and anything else you choose to enter: company, role, area of interest, and your message.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site. It sets cookies and collects standard usage data: pages viewed, time on site, general location, and device and browser type.

Local preferences. If you change this site's color theme, that choice is stored in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device and contains no personal information.

We use contact form submissions to respond to your inquiry. We use analytics data to understand which pages people find useful and to improve the site. We do not use either for advertising.

We don't sell your information. It passes through two processors on our behalf:

Google Analytics sets cookies to recognize return visits and measure usage. You can block or delete these through your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics entirely using the opt-out browser add-on Google provides.

Contact form submissions are delivered by email and are not stored in a separate database. They persist for as long as that email does. Analytics data is retained under Google Analytics’ standard retention settings.

You can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@sanviolabs.com. If you’re in the EU, UK, or California, this includes any additional rights those laws grant you.
